War of the Worlds is another classic I think of from time to time. The greatest challege with these sorts of tributes for me, is the desire to stay true to the aesthetic of the time, but to also try and do my own thing. this one was a challenge for sure. The second challenge was really that as much as I love this movie, I really think about the tom Cruise remake a lot. Regardless, here is my attempt to make a WoW poster. I have another idea, that is more inline with the more portfolio style work I have been focusing on and I may try it again sometime later.
